Mexican Cream Cheese Dip

Description: This is a cream cheese, chili, and cheese layered dip. To be served with plain nacho chips or cheese nacho chips.

1 Bar Cream Cheese, softened

1-15 oz. Can Canned Chili - No Beans

6 oz. Shredded Cheese - Mexican Blend

1/3 cup Onion, chopped

1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Leave the cream cheese out to come to room temperature(about 10 minutes). Spread the cream cheese to cover the bottom of a 8in x 8in baking dish. Spread the chile over the layer of cream cheese. Layer the onion, cilantro, and then the shredded cheese over the chile.

Heat in the microwave 4-5 minutes.

Serve with chips.

This is sooo tasty!! Everytime I go to a party I offer to make this and it is a HUGE hit. It is quick to make and delightful to eat!!

Ridiculous!!! So easy and so good. Seriously, I made it for my family and it was literally gone in less than 5 minutes. My only suggestion is to double the recipe if you have more than 5 people eating.
