The onion, pine nuts, and celery add a nice crunch to this great chicken salad recipe.
Ingredients

Celery
3 tbsps
Onion
chopped
3 tbsps
Pine Nuts
1 tbsp
Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp
Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
1 tbsp
Fat-Free Sour Cream
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper
1 tsp
Salt
2 tbsps
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
1. Grill the chicken breasts in the olive oil until fully cooked.
2. Let cool and dice up.
3. In a large bowl, mix together all of the other ingredients. Add the chicken and toss together.
