Description: The onion, pine nuts, and celery add a nice crunch to this great chicken salad recipe.

2 ribs Celery

3 tbsps Onion, chopped

3 tbsps Pine Nuts

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp Fat-Free Plain Yogurt

1 tbsp Fat-Free Sour Cream

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chicken Breast

1. Grill the chicken breasts in the olive oil until fully cooked.
2. Let cool and dice up.
3. In a large bowl, mix together all of the other ingredients. Add the chicken and toss together.

This is definitely a different spin on the classic chicken salad. The taste of the chicken salad is so fresh and crisp.
