1 lb Ground Beef

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup Basil, fresh, chopped

Egg

2 tbsps Milk

1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

6 slices Prosciutto

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for frying

6 slices Tomatoes

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Burgers:

In a large bowl combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, basil, egg, milk, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Divide the mixture into 6 (1-inch) thick burgers. Wrap the prosciutto around the burgers.

Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and heat for 2 minutes. Place the burgers in the pan and cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side.

Dressing:
Combine the mustard and vinegar in a bowl and whisk as you slowly pour the olive oil into it. Will thicken a bit.

Serve with or without buns topped with tomato slices and a drizzle of the dressing over the burgers.
