1/3 cup Sage Leaves, fresh

3/4 cups Flat Leaf Parsley, fresh

3/4 cups Baby Spinach Leaves

2 tbsps Walnuts, toasted

2 cloves Garlic

1/2 cup Olive Oil

3 oz Roquefort Cheese

Pork Chops

 Salt and Pepper, to taste

1. In a food processor, blend the sage, parsley, spinach, nuts, and garlic

2. Add the oil and cheese and blend

3. Season each pork chop

4. Grill or sauté your pork chops and finish with a coating of the pesto

5. Serve
