Very Basic Chow Foon noodles

Description: Fresh rice noodles make this dish excellent. You can substitute any vegetables you like, these are just the most basic. Should be about 2 cups total of vegetables.

8 ounces Chow Foon Noodles, Slice into desired size.

3 Tbsps Soy Sauce, Or more as desired

1 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seed Oil

1  Onions

1 can Bamboo Shoots

Separate the noodle sheets and cut them into into desired size. They are quite fragile and will probably break up a bit, but that's ok. heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add vegegtables and stir fry for 1 minute. Add fresh noodles and soy sauce. Make sure you distribute the soysauce evenly! Cook for 1 more minute or until noodles are good and soft. Sprinkle with scallions and serve
