1.Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Season tilapia with salt and pepper and roll on the Sazon-seasoned flour.
3.Sear on a skillet on high heat. (about 1 minute on each side or until golden) and finish cooking in the oven (7-10 minutes).
4.While tilapia is in the oven, sautée the garlic and onions (2-3 minutes). Add the mushrooms, a minutes later, add the shrimps and shortly after, add the cream, cilantro, and fish stock. Turn down heat to low and let simmer for a minute.
5.Plate the tilapia and pour sauce over it. (Goes great alongside any kind of mash)
