Corn Pudding

This is a yummy alternative to canned corn. It has just the right amount of sweetness from the sweet corn. It goes great with a cooked ham. And would make a great Thanksgiving side dish.<br>

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a glass 12 x10" baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together with a spoon, the sweet corn, the creamed corn, milk, cream, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs and add to mixture.

Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish. Cook for 1 hour until it is golden brown and slightly puffed up on the top. Serve while hot.
