Ingredients

• 1/4 TO 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter Sweetened is ok, Skippy and JIF brands work well here.
• 1 cup Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsps Garlic minced
• 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
• 1 tsp Red Curry Paste Add more or less to taste.
• 1 Tbsp Lime Juice Fresh squeezed is best, about 1 lime
• 2 Spring Onions sliced
• 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar OPTIONAL: If you are using unsweetened peanut butter, you will want to add some sugar.
