Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

If you've only had store-bought Caesar Salad dressing, then you don't know what you're missing!
Ingredients
3 cloves
Garlic
minced
1/2 cup
Lemon Juice
Fresh squeezed is best
3/4 cup
Mayonnaise
You can use low fat if you want.
2 Tbsps
Anchovy Paste
Use up to 4 Tbsps fo a stronger flavor
2 Tbsps
Parmesan cheese
graded finely
2 tsps
Parsley
minced finely
1 tsp
Dijon Mustard
1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
to taste

Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
