Description: This is a classic Puerto Rican drink. I had it all the time as a child and never fully appreciated its origins. My father told me that parents gave this to their children back on the island as a sort of "old school" energy drink. Awesome!
Beat the egg yolk and sugar until the sugar has dissolved and you've achieved a light-yellow color. Add the malta and stir. Enjoy!
