2 Tbsps Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsps Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A Pinch Kosher Salt

A Pinch Ground Black Pepper

Whisk together the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Once combined slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking. You should see the vinaigrette thickening as you whisk.

Forget honey mustard, this is a nice, refreshing salad dressing... The dressing is very good with croutouns - it soaks up the croutons nicely!
