A quick vinaigrette that's easy to make, full of flavor, and contains no "bad" fats.
Ingredients
2 Tbsps
Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsps
Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsps
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A Pinch
Kosher Salt
A Pinch
Ground Black Pepper

Directions
Whisk together the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Once combined slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking. You should see the vinaigrette thickening as you whisk.
