Description: This recipe has a great combo of flavors. The sugar in the dry rub melts with the juices of the chop creating a nice glaze. It's a bit like Chinese BBQ pork, but much easier and faster to prepare.

This was really good but the flavor of Chinese Five Spice Powder is so reminiscent of apple pie (strong apple-cinnamon hints) that it made me crave for a simply seasoned pork chop with apple sauce on the side. It really smells incredible though.
