Dulce de Leche

The easiest recipe for Dulce de Leche ever. If you have the time, you can't beat this recipe. Drizzle it on ice cream. Use it as the filling in cakes. Eat it straight with a spoon. It's GREAT!!!

Directions
Place the whole can of sweetened condensed milk into a pot. Cover with water so that the can is at least an inch under the water's surface. Bring to a slow rolling boil and keep it there for 3 hours. Add water when the level is getting close to the top of the can.

After 3 hours remove from heat and allow to fully cool before removing from the water. At least half an hour.

Open the can and enjoy!
