Un Adobo Para Aves (Wet Rub for Poultry)

My mother has used this rub for the Thanksgiving Turkey for my entire life and to this day I haven't had a turkey as tasty as the one I have every year on Thanksgiving... this is also a great rub for pork shoulder.<br><br>The ingredients are per pound of whatever bird you are cooking.

Directions
1. Multiply each measurement by the weight (in pounds) of whatever bird you're cooking and place the required amount of each ingredient in a blender.

2. Blend together adding more oil if needed to get a slow, but constantly moving, consistency.

3. Rub all over and inside your favorite bird.

Highly recommended on turkey and chicken.
