Candied Pecans

Sugar-coated pecans that are simple to make, great for snacking on, or amazing on salads.

Directions
In a bowl beat the egg white and water until foamy (about 3 minutes). Toss the pecans in the egg white foam to fully coat and then add the sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Make sure that the pecans are evenly covered and then lay out on a wax paper-covered baking sheet. Spread out the pecans and place the baking sheet in a pre-heated 250 degree oven for an hour. Toss them every 15 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy.
