Coconut Rum Balls

Strong coconut and rum flavors run throughout these 'adult' candies that are great around the holidays - or any other time for that matter.

Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the crushed vanilla wafers, coconut and walnuts. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and rum and mix until combined. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Dip your palms in confectioner's sugar and roll out small balls. (Roll the balls in some confectioner's sugar or more coconut flake if you'd like). Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
