Pour the vodka, chocolate liqueur, and Bailey's Irish Cream into a tumbler with ice. Shake vigorously a pour into a chilled martini glass.
For a little burst of flavor dip the rim of the martini glass into a dish with cocoa powder and sugar before pouring in the drink.
