Description: Every year we celebrate 'Robert Burns Night'. We sit around enjoying haggis, tatties and nips, some fine whiskey, and we end the night with this enchanted potion.

1/4 cup Oatmeal, uncooked
1 cup Heather Honey
2 cups Water
2 pints Whiskey
1. Stir together the oatmeal, honey, and water. When they are thoroughly mixed, stir in the whiskey.
2. Pour into bottle(s) and seal.
3. Let sit a few days (optional) or several hours, strain, and enjoy!
