**If all you have is plain yogurt line a colander with several layers of paper towel. Pour two cups of the yogurt in and lightly wrap the yogurt with the sides of the paper towel. Place a bowl directly on it for some weight and let sit for at least an hour. After that time squeeze out as much remaining liquid as possible and place the yogurt in a bowl.
