Description: Simply a delicious, cream cheese-flavored, pumpkin pie.

2 1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree

8 ounces Cream Cheese, at room temperature

2 cups Milk

1 1/3 cups Sugar

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 tsp Ground Cloves

1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Eggs

Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Beat all the ingredients together in a large bowl. When combined, pour the batter into the two pie shells. Put in the oven for 15 minutes and then drop the oven temperature to 350 degrees for another 45 to 55 minutes. Let sit for at least two hours before slicing into it.
