Description: This fantastic dessert of chocolate, pecans, and oats is so rich and tasty that one can literally only eat a small serving at a time. To say that these bars are sinful is an understatement.
1. In a bowl, stir together the ground crackers, the brown sugar, and the butter until combined. Press evenly onto the bottom of a 15 x 10 baking sheet. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Take out and let cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Mix the eggs and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the pecans, chocolate chips, condensed milk, and oats to the egg mixture and bring together. Pour 0nto the crust and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
I'm not a big fan of pecans but in this dessert they are scrumptious! Everything just seems to melt in your mouth perfectly. I enjoy this warmed up so the chocolate chips are on the verge of melting. Yum!
