Curry shrimp with okra

A nice light entree, makes good use of curry leaves. The flavor of the okra really comes through.

Directions
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot. Add okra and fry until it is slightly crisp.

Remove the okra, but leave the oil. Add garlic, Green Chilies, Turmeric, Curry Leaves and cumin seeds. Fry for 3 minutes and add the shirmp. Cook until shrimp almost done, about 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, juice from 2 lemons and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Serve hot with lemon wedges. Delicious!
