Italian Turkey Burgers

Description: A twist on the average turkey burger. It is quick and fun to make!

1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey

1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, chopped

1/2 cup Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Basil

1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

1 tsp Salt

Mix all ingredients together. Make 4 equal sized patties. Grill or broil on both sides until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.

Amazing!!! I've made it a few times and every time I'm surprised at how moist and tasty these turkey burgers can be. So delicious that they don't even need a condiment. Just place the burger on a bun and enjoy... These might be the best burgers I've ever had - no joke!

I wasn't sure how these were going to turn out - I was afraid they wouldn't be juicy enough. I was wrong. They smelled wonderful coming out of the broiler and with each bite they got more and more juicy! The red peppers added a nice rich flavor.
