1/2 lb Frog Legs

 Salt, to taste

 Ground White Pepper, to taste

 All-Purpose Flour, to taste

1/4 lb Unsalted Butter

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

1. Season frog legs with salt and white pepper.

2. Dust frog legs with flour.

3. In a large saute pan with butter over medium heat, add frog legs. Saute until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes.

4. Turn over and brown other side, approximately 3-4 minutes.

5. Add garlic and parsley and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

6. Serve immediately.
