Formaggio Kitchen has the best stuff I've found in the area. It can be a little pricey but the quality makes it so worth it. Next time you visit Formaggio be sure to buy some of the Samira's Homemade hummus. I've had a lot of hummus in my lifetime and this hummus just blew me away. I've also had some of her tabouli and an Egyptian 'hummus' made from fava beans and I've never had anything as good. Highly recommended!
