Review by GregB
South End Formaggio is a smallish store packed to the gills with imported and "fancy" ingredients: pastas, oils, spices, jams, honey, wine, micro-brew beer, local pasta and ice cream, local produce, etc. Their cheese and meats case has an international and domestic selection of amazing things. At lunch time they have 6-8 ready-made sandwiches and prepared foods by the pound.
Their prices are reasonable for the quality and their location, although they can be a bit higher than you'd spend at a big store. Frankly, it's worth the trip. The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
